- The way humans make judgments and decisions is fundamental to developing Risk Intelligence and tackling the challenges of risk in the workplace.
- The way a culture develops and what it normalises determines how individuals frame their risk worldview and make decisions.
- The Program gives attendees exposure to pioneering work in the social psychology of risk and skill development in Risk Intelligence.

- Apply simple tools to surface psychological and organisational/cultural risks.
- Understand the ‘hidden’ influences on risk/safety systems (perception, bias, heuristics, automaticity, bounded rationality, cognitive dissonance, obedience, Groupthink).
- Understand collaborative strategies for engagement and tackling risk.
- Understand framing, priming, anchoring, pitching and flooding and improve risk communication.
- Better understand risk perception.
