Trump Safety – SafetyRisk.net

What happens when your team player gets one of those pesky red cards in an International FIFA game?

I know, you get the Donald to call up the President of FIFA Infantino and say ‘blame fixes nothing’ (https://time.com/article/2026/07/06/trump-inserts-himself-in-world-cup-call-with-global-blowback/). Afterall, rules don’t apply to me.

What happens when you don’t like the ruling of a court? You rig the court for total immunity so that ‘blame fixes nothing’ and you’re off scott free (https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/ng-interactive/2024/jul/01/supreme-court-decision-trump-immunity-ruling). Way to go Donald.

In the Trump view of the world ‘blame fixes nothing’.

This is a worldview where violence, threats and assaults don’t apply to Donald (https://abcnews.com/Politics/blame-abc-news-finds-17-cases-invoking-trump/story?id=58912889). There’s no-one better at the ‘blame fixes nothing’ than Trump (https://theconversation.com/why-trump-blames-decisions-on-others-a-psychologist-explains-260877).

Indeed, Trump does believe in blame but only for others, never for himself.

Hidden in this meme/slogan of ‘blame fixes nothing’ is the foundational vice of injustice.

Yet, when it comes to Trump, all the linguistic gymnastics is deployed, so that ‘blame fixes nothing’ doesn’t actually mean ‘blame fixes nothing’. Explaining away the hidden racism, violence and injustice of Trump slogans is what Trump does best.

Slogans are one of the best ways to invoke propaganda. Indeed, the Trump machine is expert at using slogans to hide the real meaning behind the slogan (https://www.npr.org/2024/06/20/g-s1-4833/trump-too-big-to-rig-drill-baby-swamp-the-vote-rally-maga-2024). Afterall, that’s the purpose of slogans.

Even better, let’s call slogans ‘principles’, ah, more deception, such is the morality of having no ethic.

This is the MAGA way. Make language meaningless and then make it mean whatever you want. Yet, in the Trump world, safety is critical for himself but not important for others (https://www.vera.org/news/ten-ways-trump-is-making-us-less-safe). Trump loves the slogan ‘blame fixes nothing’.

So, what is the consequence for seeking immunity or for insider corruption? Because, in the world of ‘blame fixes nothing’, blame fixes nothing’ only applies for the presenter not for the real world.

Perhaps it’s time for those in the real world of safety to reject the slogan ‘blame fixes nothing’ and call it out for what it is, not repeat it over and over and call it a ‘principle’.
