You may ask: Why are these four activities hyphenated and joined together?
The hyphen is often used in SPoR to indicate joining and dialectic between activities and concepts. In this case, the activities of Following-Leading-Managing-Supervising all involve interconnecting and inter-affecting dynamics. One thing is for sure, if you don’t know how to follow, you will never know how to lead. - Characteristics, models, myths.
- Orientation, disposition and persons.
Session 4. Bubbles and Sub-Cultures
- Examples of where the Following-Leading dynamic is working well: Mondi, Galilee, Pockets and Leading from ‘below’ etc
- Challenges: Sustainability, vision, methodology/methods
